Basic Salary £25,030.20 per annum plus shift allowance £3,540.68 per annum

Lincat have various shifts and overtime available:

• Week Nights - Monday to Thursday 19:00 – 05:00
• Weekend Nights – Friday to Sunday 17:30 - 06:00

Key Areas of Responsibility:

As a Production Operative – Weld Clean Operator you will be developing new and existing skills through the manufacture of a variety of products to the correct quality standards, usually working as part of a small team to achieve a scheduled weekly programme of work.

You will be required to:

• Read and accurately follow engineering drawings / instructions.
• Correctly use a variety of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Aspire to achieve a fully skilled level of performance and demonstrate commitment, motivation and a willingness to learn.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with own team members, other internal departments and teams.
• Support the Team Coordinator to ensure that the team meet the required targets and quality standards.
