Role Overview & Responsibilities

Warehouse Assistant

Lightning Fibre are looking for a Warehouse Assistant. We are looking for a local individual with enthusiasm and drive who wants to work for a vibrant company.

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to work out of our Eastbourne Office. You will be managing warehouse stock, receiving stock and managing distribution to our teams.

Your main activities will include:

  • Ensure that the unit is maintained/tidy throughout the day
  • Complete a weekly/monthly stock audits as required
  • Work with the Construction Manager and Store Supervisor to ensure stock is available for upcoming works
  • Ensure all stock is allocated and controlled correctly.
  • Assist loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Enforce Health & Safety requirements within the warehouse
  • Working with the Stores Manager on stock ordering.

Requirements

  • Must hold a fork-lift licence
  • Full Clean driving license
  • Computer literate – MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00 per year
