Warehouse Team Leader

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a progressive footwear E-commerce Company and require a full time Warehouse Line manager to oversee a team of 4-5 staff and the daily workflow of warehouse.

A suitable candidate will be given the opportunity to enter a thriving and rapidly growing business with far reaching aspirations for development in the forthcoming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of daily order work flow. Order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Working alongside Operations Admin and Operations Management to ensure we maximise daily dispatch and dispatch of correct time-sensitive orders.
• Keeping employees motivated and organising appropriate training.
• Closely monitor stock levels and place orders daily with suppliers
• Carry out regular stock-takes and take relevant action.
• Receive incoming deliveries, highlight any discrepancies, and store products to warehouse.
• Supervising warehouse staff at all times and achieving productivity targets
• Establishing work schedules and allocating tasks and responsibilities and checking for equality and completion.

Minimum requirements:

• one year of team leadership experience.
• Two years experience working in a physical environments.
• Good verbal communication skills
• living or willing to relocate to within maximum 30 minutes of travelling time to our location.
• The ability to work under pressure
• You need to be able to work either Saturday or Sundays or both as we are open 7 days per week .You will be working 5 days per week plus over time if required.

The salary is depend on experience and performance

In addition to salary we also offer a monthly performance bonus
