Role Overview & Responsibilities

LCS are a family run business that are seeking individuals with high efficiency and attention to detail to join our great team of cleaning operatives.

We have the following permanent cleaning positions available in Milton Keynes -

The working hours are:

• After school cleaner - MK18 1ST - 6.30pm 8o 5.30pm - Monday to Friday - £12.00 per hour

Requirements we need:

• Good attention to detail
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• To be reliable, punctual and responsible with a flexible approach to work

What you will be doing:

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, polishing, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning toilets and office areas. You will also:

• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any client requests promptly and courteously

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred, however, full training will be given. Please apply with a CV and specify which role you are interested in.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• MILTON KEYNES: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
