Minimum hourly rate of pay: Β£13.40
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (full day)

You'll have the chance to develop positive interactions, boost confidence, and provide essential support to our student's educational journey.

About the role:
  • Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
  • Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist the class teacher and offer support in classroom activities.
  • Offer students 1:1 and small groups support with their learning.
  • Happy to carry out personal care as part of the role.

About the college:

  • Supports children and young people aged 2 - 19 with complex special educational needs.

Requirements:
  • Available to work 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
  • Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
  • Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Worker.
  • Must be happy to apply for a child and adult DBS through Lara Search.
