Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for an experienced Fibre Cabler to work on our Box project in Dorking/Byfleet. As Fibre Cabler your main responsibility will be to test rod and rope, installation of cables, sub duct both underground and overhead.

What you’ll do:

• Pull in sub duct & cable in PIA & Swish networks UG & O/H
• Producing A55s Requirements
• Experience of Test Rod & Roping / cabling the Openreach network
• PIA network experience
• Installation of cables, sub duct UG & OH
• Installation of fibre nodes UG & OH
• Locate blockages and establish clear routes
• Completion and submission of all necessary documentation

What you’ll need:

• Full Drivers Licence
• SA001, SA001A, SA002, S5, S8, S9 - Desirable
• Cabling experience

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
