Spa Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full time Spa Receptionist to join our team at tRiBe Spa within Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa

We are a busy independent hotel just on the outskirts of Cardiff, South Wales offering 19 individually designed bedrooms, a busy Sir Christopher Cole Restaurant, Terry Edwards bar & Lounge, fantastic function Suites and the tRiBe Spa

Duties include:

• Ensure each guest is welcomed with a smile and are well looked after
• Product and treatment recommendations with a strong retail focus
• Experience in retail is essential, beauty and spa background a bonus
• Work towards achieving daily targets
• Great communication with guests, colleagues and management
• Ensure open/close procedures are completed correctly
• Keeping the spa clean and tidy during the day
• Support the daily Spa operation
• Answering phone calls
• Taking drink orders and serving around the spa area
• Checking In/Out guests

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.60 per hour
