Part Time Cleaning Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Part Time - 3 days per week between Monday - Saturday

Team Cleaning

Permanent

Starting Rate: £10.42 per hour.

Start and finish location: 1 Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7RA

Working days: 3 days per week

Working hours: 9:00am-4:30pm.

Including a 30 minute break each day. You will be given a 15 minute break in the morning and 15 mins in the afternoon = 7 hours per day x 3 days per week = 21 hours a week.

Role and Responsibilities:

• We can increase your hours by offering you over time.
• Pay rate is age sensitive and depending on experience but exceeds the National Minimum wage.
• You will be cleaning houses and offices in a team with a supervisor and other staff who will train you up to Ladybirds cleaning standards. Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to progress to a supervisor position if you are reliable, good eye for detail, team leader abilities and a good problem solver.
• We may also offer evenings and weekend work which is optional.
• We provide transport from our shop in Taffs Well. You will start and finish your working day here.
