Senior Care Assistant - Redditch

£22,000 - £25,000 - per annum

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join fantastic establishment based in the S45 area of Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity with massive growth potential of moving into a management position. Please note we are in search of one day and one night staff.

The timings are 7am till 9pm with 1 hour break for days.

9pm till 7am with 45 mins break for nights

Job Duties

• Supervise team of Care Assistants
• Monitor Patients
• Complete Meds round
• Develop and lead activities with service users

Ideal Candidate

• MUST have previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant
• MUST have a NVQ level 2
• Strong work ethic
• Team player
