Role Overview & Responsibilities

La Casa de Jack is one of UK’s biggest Latin American food wholesalers sourcing products from countries such Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. We are a B2B business we have a well-established reputation supplying major clients such as JW Marriot, Gaucho, Annabels, Hilton Hotels and CDG.

Duties and responsibilities includes

1. Customer Service [Phone - Email - Whatsapp]

2. Meet the requirement for the website

3. Take daily accounts to clients [Xero System]

4. Invoices preparation

5. Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position

6. May schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conference, as appropriate to the position

7. May order, stock, and distribute office supplies

8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
