Food Factory Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment. The Factory Manager must be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Working Hours

05:45-14:45 Monday - Friday

Some overtime necessary at busier periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
