Sales Call Centre Agent

Location: Sunderland
Start date: Monday 10th July 2023
Shift: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

This role will take inbound and outbound calls to give quotations on energy services and follow up on warm leads—with an uncapped bonus structure, and commission from each sale, it’s perfect for someone who is driven and looking to expand their sales skills. Additionally, we support your growth: you’ll get in-depth training and support to learn the products and services of our client, mentored and coach each step of way. You will be working on behalf of our client, an integrated energy company with operations spanning electricity generation and the sale of gas and electricity to homes and businesses throughout the UK. This is a stable opportunity on a permanent, full-time contract.

Requirements

• Sales experience is required
• One year continuous experience in retail sales OR six months in a similar contact centre role
• Live within 1 hour from our call centre on public transport (SR3 3XN)
• Willingness to work in an office-based environment
• Great people skills and team working ethic
