Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client are seeking additional Event Safety Stewards to join their London team across a variety of venues.

Whether you’re looking for lots of work or just a handful of shifts, our casual contract offers you great flexibility. Our client can offer regular shifts across a variety of venues alongside weekend opportunities.

In addition to local work, you will have the opportunity to work at venues and events further afield with transport being provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing guidance, information and directing customers and being the first point of contact.
• Providing an excellent level of knowledge and customer service.
• Manage safety and security processes and procedures.
• Monitor and control crowds.
• Preventing unlawful entry into venues.
• Ensure safe entry and exit of fans.
• Check tickets and accreditation.
• Manage conflict.
• Working as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
