We work across the UK, with our Head Office based in Camberley, Surrey. As it stands, over 170 Partners, ranging from small SME’s to large corporate organisations.

KTA Head of Business Development is recruiting a new Junior Sales Consultant due to department growth.

Responsibilities

• Directly supporting the Head of Business Development
• CRM management
• Pro-actively identify, generate and pursue targeted and strategic opportunities
• Support in business development activities
• Build thoughtful relationships
• Become an expert in funded programmes (ie Study Programme and Adult Education Budget funding)
• Contributing to the company’s rapidly growing UK and international market
• Anticipate new business and trends
• Monitor compliance paperwork

Personal Specification

• Maths at grade C/4 would be advantageous, but not essential
• English at grade C/4 would be advantageous, but not essential
• Goal orientated and target driven
• Highly self motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£41,363.17 per year
