Nursery Assistant/Nursery Nurse

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic & motivated. We have a full time and part time postiton due to increasing numbers.

Required:

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Knowledge of new curriculum or willingness to learn & attend training to develop knowledge.

Holds or curently undertaking a Level 2 CCLD or above

Responsibilities:

To work as part of a team and be able to use your own initiative.

To ensure routines are followed

To assist in delivering excellent planning and learning opportunities.

To evaluate activities to further enhance the development and needs of the children.

To work effectively as part of the team & be fun for the children.

Requirements;

Experience of working a in a nursery setting as well as at least 2 years experience of working with children is preferred

Qualified or doing at least a level 2 in childcare / early years with a willingness to continue learning.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Please note this position is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and two satisfactory references

Salary: £16,400.00-£25,000.00 per year
