Kingfisher Care provides domiciliary care in people's own homes in Hinckley and surrounding area

We have a ‘Good’ overall rating from CQC and ‘Outstanding’ in Well Led

Recruiting staff in the Hinckley area with access to a car

Don’t worry if you have no experience as full training will be provided

Base Pay £11.72 per hour including attendance bonus, attendance bonus up to 44p per hour

Plus Weekend working supplement £1.40 per hour

Plus Long Service Bonus Extra 8p per hour for every year of continuous service

Plus NVQ allowance NVQ 3 - 30p per hour; NVQ2 - 10p per hour

Plus Travel time £11.72 per hour including attendance bonus

Plus Mileage 30p per mile

Plus extra for all Bank Holidays Treble time on Christmas Day

Plus extra for other days including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve

Part-time hours: 40 per week
