Concierge / Front of House Security Officer

Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge / Front of House Security Officer to join the teamworking at an office building for a prestigious client in London, W1G area.

Where: Wimple Street, London, W1G area.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary: £11.95 per hour

Hours: On average 48 hours per week. 4 on 4 off. 12 hour Day shifts, 07.00 am - 19.00 pm.

About the role:

• To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Signing visitors in/out of the building & issuing passes
• Ensuring the security of clients and the building is maintained by completing patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes.
• Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
• To report any emergency repairs
• Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
• To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book
• Complete incident reports if required
• Report any significant issues to site supervisor

About you:

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence or be in the process of applying for one
• A full five-year checkable employment history
