Role Overview & Responsibilities
About You: Our teachers must be warm, energetic, caring, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children. Candidates for the preschool teacher position will provide classroom leadership as they strive to manage a program that exceeds organizational standards, NAEYC guidelines, and a fun learning environment!
Requirements / Job Responsibilities
- Must minimally meet State Licensing Requirements for Fully Qualified Preschool Teachers by Title 22 Regulations (12 core ECE/CD semester units or more)
- Must have a fundamental understanding of Early Childhood Education
- Will be responsible for daily planning, managing and supervising the classroom and children
- Must be able to communicate effectively to prospective and current parents, children, co-teachers, and administrators
- Must have at least 1+ years of experience with Preschool age children in a Childcare setting
- Must love working with young children
- Be a loving and caring Teacher
