Security Dog Handler

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Professional Security Dog Handlers to work on a (self employed basis) You will be required to cover a variety of locations throughout London and the South East. We also have Assignments Nationwide. (Both experienced and new handlers welcome)

Must have NASDU Level 2 or equivalent with up to date CT Records as well as BS 8517 Compliant Vehicle. (Unbranded)You will also be vetted to BS 7858 Standard.

Duties will include,

• General site foot patrols
• Working with the general public depending on which tasks your assigned to
• Assisting with co-workers whilst on duty
• Liaising with Management whilst on duty
• Keeping your K9 under your control at all times
• Filling out incident reports if and when required
• Carrying out regular check calls to KKG Control or it's service partners
• Acting professionally with a can do attitude

Requirements,

• Must hold a valid SIA Badge
• BS 8517 Compliant Vehicle
• NASDU (GP LVL 2) Required
• Up to date CT Records
• Public Liability Insurance
• UTR Number
• Up to date Vet Records
• Smart and Presentable
• Good English both verbal and written

Job Types: Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
