The Vacancy

Assistant Shop Manager, Sundon Park - 24 hours per week

£13,117.80 per annum (£21,863 FTE)

We are seeking to recruit a part time Assistant Manager in our Sundon Park shop to join the team at a top 100 Best Large Company 2022 rated outstanding to work for.

This is an exciting role is to assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales and profit targets. You will be required to provide an excellent level of customer service and have the ability to assist in the recruiting, managing and developing a team of volunteers. Good communication and great team spirit are essential while a background in retail is desirable.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a basic disclosure and barring services check (DBS) and must be flexible and available to work Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis.
