Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a vacancy for a dispensing assistant to join our team. We are an established and busy independent pharmacy that focuses on customer care and satisfaction.

Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant qualification preferred, but not essential. A free training course can be arranged; you will be paid while training

Your main duties will include:

• Providing patients with a friendly and mindful service.
• Building a good rapport with patients and meeting individual healthcare needs.
• Ensure the smooth running of the dispensary including managing stock levels, ordering and receiving goods.
• Dispensing prescriptions
• Provide excellent healthcare advice and services.
• Engaging with local GP surgeries to help patients with their medication requests.
• Support the on site pharmacist in achieving excellence in our customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
