undertaking a range of repair and maintenance work.

we refurbish and re new many residential properties and we require a honest hardworking candidate to undertake such duties.

duties will include painting and decorating, tenancy repair, bathroom and kitchen fit outs

general refurbishments

own tools and transport will help

rate of pay negotiable subject to skills, experience and drive

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: From £2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leeds, LS9 7DU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
