Gates and Barriers Technician Position at KBC Doors
Location: Devon
Hourly Pay: Up to £18, based on your experience
Overtime Pay: 1.5 or 2.0 rates

KBC Doors is a growing company specializing in gates and barriers, we are looking to expand our engineering team by recruiting you as an additional Technician in Devon. We have recently established a new depot in the southwest region, showcasing our commitment to expansion.

As a Gates and Barrier Technician at KBC Doors, your responsibilities will include:

· Installing, maintaining, and repairing gates, barriers, bollards.

· Occasionally working on steel doors, automatic doors, roller shutters, loading bay systems, dock shelters, and traffic light systems

· Performing basic electrical wiring tasks

· Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment

· Adhering to Gate Safe legislation

To be a successful candidate, you will:

· Have experience with gates and barriers

· Ideally have experience with industrial doors, and automatic doors but not essential

· Hold relevant certifications, such as DHF Diploma or gate safe, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF

· Maintain a clean driving record with no more than 6 points
