Role Overview & Responsibilities

A legal consultancy seeks a competent and motivated LLB graduate for a part-time legal assistant role. The position consists of legal research and analysis as well as drafting correspondence, in the areas of Islamic law, human rights, immigration and criminal.

The ideal candidate must possess the LLB, and either the LPC/BTC would be an added advantage. Prior experience in the above-mentioned areas of law, especially in human rights and immigration would be of significant benefit, as would good computer skills/typing speeds and excellent written communication skills.
