Bar Manager

• 
  Maintain ongoing recruitment & training of bar staff and retaining top talent

• Ensuring a unique and exceptional guest experience is provided

• Complete weekly stock audits and stock reports in line with the company’s Gross Profit (GP) margins

• Carry out weekly wet stock and consumable orders

• Developing new menus and cocktail specials

• Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary
