Web Order Picker/Packer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Jolie Moi is a fast-growing fashion company based in Essex. We require a passionate, motivated and ambitious individual to join our small but dynamic, talented team. An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced / high growth E-commerce business as a Picker/Packer & E-commerce Assistant .

The successful Ecommerce Assistant will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Picking& Packing website orders accurately, checking the full quantity is picked and the correct items are sent
• Packing items carefully in a manner that minimizes postal breakages and reduces postage charges
• Ensuring the correct documentation is sent on international parcels Maintaining accurate stock levels through accurate picking Minimum Requirements
• Ability to pack orders presentably and well protected
• Experience with Shopify would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills

Essential Requirements:**

• 1 year working experience as a retail assistant /customer service assistant or a picker & packer in fashion e-commerce will be required ;
• if you are new graduates or trainees without work experience , the salary will be starting from NMW

- Must speak perfect English & excellent written skill

- Possess a good knowledge of IT systems, including software such as Microsoft Office
- Be willing to work hard and further develop themselves to grow their role within the business.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (full time)

Part-time or Freelance terms are also available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
