General Builder

Role Overview & Responsibilities

JMC are searching for an experienced, hardworking general builder to work on residential extensions and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be a good allrounder with knowledge and experience in Bricklaying, groundwork's/drainage, carpentry and roofing. It would also be advantageous if your were competent/qualified to operate small mobile plant. Having strong communication skills and be able to interpret and implement information from artichects/structural drawings is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Salary: £150.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• General building: 5 years (required)
• Groundwork/underground drainage: 3 years (preferred)
• Bricklaying: 3 years (required)
