Role Overview & Responsibilities

Salary will rise with experience.

Hours 06-16:00 with possibility of daily flexibility and ability to cover Saturday morning as/when required on over time rates.

• Weighing & mixing various products - including fudge, nougats, mallow and brittles
• Completing appropriate paperwork accurately
• The ability to work under pressure
• Always maintain a clean and food safe working environment and complete hygiene tasks at end of shift
• Ability to be flexible regarding working hours
• Good English/numeracy skills and able to follow instructions/recipes/procedures
• Team working closely with other related departments
• An understanding of basic Health, Safety and Food Standards
• Good team worker with positive attitude to work

Job Type: Full-time
