Handy Person

The general upkeep and maintenance of various properties in Cathays, Cardiff. This will include cleaning and repairs to internal communal areas, and maintaining the external grounds and the car park.

To assist the Maintenance Co-Ordinator with callouts to the different properties

Van and tools helpful but not essential - pay depending on experience.

Part and Full time available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £8.38-£15.63 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
