Marketing Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

• Generate news from employees and industry and write and publish articles to suit and take photos (2 x weekly)
• A news plan will be provided
• Keep our news updated on the website and 4 social media platforms
• Update our website include meta descriptions, SEO, and keyword optimisation monthly
• Put together and print a quarterly newsletter
• Identify new business opportunities and exhibitions, often using LinkedIn, and work alongside sales team to generate new leads
• Complete a monthly marketing analysis review report
• Template and tools will be provided
• Create adverts for job vacancies on our website, social media platforms and Indeed
• Order and assist on the design of business cards, brochures, pens, and any corporate items etc when required
• Identify, book and administrate exhibitions and trade shows, and ensure we have the correct levels and types of marketing materials for the event
• Update and create company presentations and company documents
• Any other ad hoc business and admin support

Based in Wednesfield, near Bentley Bridge retail park. Free company parking is provided.

Standard holiday: 25 days + bank holiday, based on 35 hours

Standard hours: 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thu with 12.30pm-1.00pm lunch, 8.30am-1.30pm Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
