Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Floor servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Bus tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering suggestions, and resolving complaints

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic math skills required for cash handling
- Ability to sanitize work areas and equipment
- Previous experience in cash handling, cashiering, or waitering preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures preferred
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 50 per week

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
