Assistant Accountant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for an Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Accounting Assistant to help the rest of our team

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and paying invoices
• Preparing, sending and chasing invoice payments
• Process expense and credit card payments
• Cash book reconciliations
• Daily transaction reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Supporting the Accountant
• Monitor communication within the Accounts inbox
• Maintenance of the loan book
• Produce completion and redemption statements
• Assist with VAT returns

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
