Saturday Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of our Award Winning Clinics. Isis Chiropractic Clinic in Northampton is looking for a responsible, well organised Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to become a valued member of our team on a Saturday (6 hours per week).

The role will involve:-

• Welcoming patients into the clinic
• Booking and amending appointments via telephone, email and in person via our computerised booking system
• Daily administration of our patient database
• Daily cashing up and reconciliation
• Assisting the Chiropractors with admin tasks as and when required
• Working within the team to create a warm, welcoming and friendly environment
• Maintaining the clinic, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times

The hours for this position are:

Saturday 7:45am - 2:15pm

The hours above include opening, closing and handover time of 15 minutes before and after your shift which is also paid for. Extra hours/ overtime may also be available.

We are a small team therefore you will need to be flexible to help with cover at times of holiday and sickness.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
