Role Overview & Responsibilities

Inter Care is looking for outstanding and experienced Carers candidates in or around Coventry, we are on the search for Carers (HCA’s) that are looking for full time/part time or extra overtime hours with guaranteed block bookings, and are flexible for work in a care home setting. We need individuals who first and fore mostly cares and understands, willing to work as part of our growing, passionate and energetic team. Work is available immediately.

We expect all our staff to always be reliable, trustworthy, courteous, respectful, polite, hardworking and well mannered. We are expanding rapidly, and Inter Care requires the most elite Carers to represent us in our growth.

Skills and experience required;

• 1 Year experience in the healthcare industry is essential
• Right to work in the UK
• Must be a strong team player with a Can Do, Will Do attitude
• Catering to the support needs of service users
• Must have strong professional communication skills and can communicate effectively
• Mandatory training certificates/PMVA Training (must be up to date)
• Valid DBS
• Comfortable using a hoist
• Experience in working with dementia patients
