Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership is a growing organisation who provide training, education, events and membership to Finance professional across Europe and North America.
Due to a steady increase in customer enquiries and a growing pool of students, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to fulfil the role of Student and Member Advisor.
Responsibilities include:
- dealing with enquiries and advising potential students on study options
- performing online demonstrations of the IFOL learning platform for potential customers
- assisting students wherever possible to enrol in a course or membership
- calling and chasing up old enquiries and maintaining a sales pipeline
- taking part in online events and webinars
- taking ownership and responsibility for driving engagement with students and members.
Essential skills and experience required
- outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work independently and unsupervised
- customer service, account management or sales experience
Desirable
- an understanding of finance and accounting
- experience within a training organisation or professional body
- experience of using and maintaining a CRM system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Remote: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
