Base: Museum of Cannock Chase

Salary: £20,253 per year, pro rata

Hours Required: 1095 hours per year.
Due to the nature of the service this post is required to work more hours during the summer months and less during winter. As a minimum the post is required to work 41.25 hours a fortnight during the winter months.

Contract Type: Annualised Hours - Permanent

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join our front of house team at the Museum of Cannock Chase. You will provide visitors with a friendly welcome and go above and beyond with any assistance and information they require, whilst ensuring the integrity and security of the museum collections and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide a high-quality front of house service
• To provide a warm welcome and be the first point of contact for visitors
• To ensure the day-to-day operation of the front of house runs safety and smoothly
• Help to keep the integrity and security of the museum collections and facilities
• To provide a supervisory role at weekends
• Assist with providing safe and enjoyable events and activities to our visitors
