Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re looking for people who are keen to try new things and have a real passion to make things better, every day, to join our friendly team at Oakwood Hall as Mental Health Support Workers.

You’ll provide support to clients with complex mental health needs to achieve a level of stability, which allows them to access, and use other services, gaining increasing independence in the future

We have full and part-time positions available. Flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as shifts will be spread across mornings, days, evenings and waking nights, weekends and bank holidays.

All you need is:


  • The ability to work various shift patterns over a 24-hour period including weekends and bank holidays

  • A keen interest in working with and supporting vulnerable people
