Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Duty Manager for our destination restaurant in Cambridge City Centre. We're recently refurbished with a new menu and drinks offer

Our ideal candidate has a focus on fresh food & great wine, a passion for service & ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment, barista experience is a bonus

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and work with the management team in all aspects of running the restaurant
• Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills; be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.
• To act as Duty Manager as and when required, ensuring a great guest experience
• To work with the General Manager to achieve financial targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
