Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Job Role:

• Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Front of House
• Coordinating, booking and re scheduling appointments
• Lease with Dental Nurses and Dentist if any Lab work issues that arise prior to lab work appointments and re appointing patient if required.
• Answering the telephone
• Checking and replying to emails from patients
• Update contact notes with patient communication
• Ensuring all practice to practice communication id done via email
• Daily banking & Cashing up
• Working with Front of House team and Dental Nurses to maintain Front of House protocols
• Completion of tasks from Senior Front of House and TCO

• Works well on their own and as part of a team
• Has a positive and friendly attitude
• Have good literacy and IT skills. Working comfortably in Microsoft office, including word, excel & Outlook.
• Be professional, enthusiastic about the practice values
• Understand the importance of excellent customer service and always willing to go that extra mile.
• Experience of working in a team
• Able to perform under pressure

Previous healthcare experience is not required, however, a customer facing role would be advantageous.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
