Role Overview & Responsibilities
Junior Property Manager
- Manage good relationship with Existing Tenants by taking care of their requirements.
- Should be able to liaise with top management of our tenant and our management team.
- Look for good new tenants by using different channels such as real estate agents, website advertising, your own contact etc.
- Take care of all repair and maintenance of all our buildings and keep everything in working conditions.
- Liaising with various suppliers such as repairers, consultants, estate agents, other landlords, local advisors etc
- Negotiating, creating, and amending lease contracts.
- To deal with ending Tenancy.
- Chasing rent and service charges from the tenants.
- Checking supplier invoices and authorising it for the payment.
- To help in service charge settlement.
- Excellent in Dutch language with good knowledge of English.
- Schedule all planned and reactive maintenance.
- Understanding of Budget.
- Responsible for building compliance – i.e. Fire Risk Assessments, Gas and Electrical Certificates.
- Property Redevelopment
- Other Ad hoc duties.
