Events Intern

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of events intern.

This interesting and varied role will comprise supporting in all aspects of event planning and execution. Our events range from online events, small member events to large scale gala events. Our members are high profile individuals - a professional manner will be a prerequisite for the successful candidate as will the ability to communicate accurately in both writing and verbally.

Responsibilities:

• Researching venues, entertainment and experiences
• Contributing to event schedule.
• Assisting with all aspects of event planning
• Communicating with guests, speakers and our internal team
• Assisting regularly at in person at events (Central London)

This role provides ample opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of event management areas. Hours are negotiable, with office attendance required minimum of once per week (Central London).

The ideal candidate will have some existing event experience in the luxury event field.
