Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are look for a bright intelligent and experienced Tour guide to join Iheartlondontours, an established, award-winning tour agency looking to grow even further and make connections internationally. As tourism has picked up again in the UK, we are in need of a well-rounded and confident individual to join our crew and run some of our unique guided walking tours.

You job will involve multiple responsibilities including; Running tours, taking care of guests, acting as a spokesperson, making phone calls, organising and attending meetings/events, attending to clients and keeping relations with our partners.

For those interested in the industry there is also the opportunity to become a tour guide and generate a separate commission for those events. In return you will gain valuable experience and the oppertunity to become a full time employee later down the line. This a great opportunity for people with spare time to explore the touristic side of London and further develop their skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid has made us realise the importance of being able to work from home. And thus 90% of your work will be on a work from home basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, E15 4LD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Spokesperson: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
