Support Worker

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking full and part time Support Workers to join our friendly team here at I-grow Care and Support.

Starting rates from up to £11 per hour. Sleep ins are paid at £82.50 - £110 per night. New starters who pass their six month probation receive a £100 bonus, as well as being signed up for our health plan for themselves and their children*.

We provide supported living and enabling services to vulnerable people and work with them to develop and deliver creative and personalised care and support solutions.

Please note flexibility will be required with some shifts at evenings and weekends.

Full UK driving licence and motor business insurance is preferable.

Full induction and training will be provided.
