Ignite Search & Selection are looking for specialist Recruitment consultants to join the team in the Essex office. Our company specialises in recruiting for the construction industry nationwide. We are a rapidly growing group in the UK, dedicated to providing permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build excellent relationships within your area and work with us to make you a market leader within your space.
• Carry out the full recruitment process by sourcing & screening applicants, scheduling interviews, closing offers, help in preparing offer letters etc
• Build relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
• Bring on new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
• Be the first point of contact for all applicants

Candidate Requirements

• Working experience and a passion for your chosen area.
• Ambitious!
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate job roles and client requirements with ease
• Intelligent with a can do attitude
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task and juggle day to day tasks and projects.
• Great planning & organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to remain composed when under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
• Takes a real pride in everything you do.
• A willingness to learn & develop
• A passion to work and help the team achieve goals.
• Computer literate, able to use a range of software programmes & online platforms/systems

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
