Role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for day to day delivery of services within a portfolio of sites.

Essential requirement are -

· The ability to supervise, manage and support on-site cleaning activities

· Experience in recruitment, induction and training of staff

Budgetary control and management of quality auditing procedures are key functions of this role as well as an ability to motivate site teams and establish good lines of communication with the client’s staff

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will already be fulfilling a supervisory role or looking for their next career step. You will have contract cleaning experience and a proven ability and desire to drive up standards and operational efficiencies.

Hours per week: 37.5 hrs

Rate of Pay: £12.23

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.23 per hour
