Service Desk Analyst

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Service Desk Analyst – Up to £445 per day – Contract until November 2023

Location: Hybrid/Corsham

Essential Requirements: Must have valid SC/DV Clearance

• 1-2 years’ experience working within an IT Support environment ideally in a 1st Line IT Support environment.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Office 365, including Exchange Online SharePoint and MS Teams
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, Remedy, and chat services such as Mattermost
• The ability to be independent and resourceful escalating issues where necessary.
• The ability to investigate problems and opportunities in existing processes, and contribute to recommending solutions
• Effective ownership of issues until a new owner has been found or the problem has been mitigated or resolved.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills. You must be able to identify and engage with users or stakeholders to collate user needs evidence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
• Seeking opportunities to develop within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
