Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are offering all new full time nurse staff a £500 bonus after successful completion of a 6 month probation period *T&Cs apply

We are looking for an outstanding Night Nurse, to help run a smooth and efficient night shifts at our family owned care home based in Erdington.

You will have:

• A clear NMC pin
• A genuine interest in working within the care home sector
• Satisfactory DBS check.
• Previous supervisory experience care home experience would be beneficial

You will be able to:

• To work a varied shift pattern in accordance to the needs of the service
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Document accurately, concisely and keeps all records up to date
• Complete the following tasks including medication rounds, wound care, PEG feeds and catheters
• Work as part of a team

We use PCS for for Care plans and VCcare for electronic medication managment.

Rate of pay £19 to £20 per hour with paid 1hr breaks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19.00-£20.00 per hour
