Student Lettings Negotiator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Requirement

• Must have student letting experience
• Deal with clients in a professional manner in person, over the phone, and over email.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any problems.
• Prepare and manage lettings documentation
• Provide assistance to colleagues.
• Coordinate viewings.
• Draft marketing details for property adverts.
• Manage diary appointments and deal proactively with incoming phone and email enquiries.

Key skills and qualifications

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be organised and pay attention to detail.
• Have a flexible approach, an optimistic mindset, and the ability to adapt.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
• Have or be prepared to work toward a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
• Great knowledge of the local area.

A full UK driving licence is required.

Education: Minimum of A Levels or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Estate & Lettings Agents: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving License (required)
