This is an exciting time to join our team! We’re a charitable housing association providing homes and services for customers in Cambridge and the surrounding areas (for more information please see www.hhs.org.uk).

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with Customer Services experience to take on a wide and varied role delivering high quality and consistent services to customers and stakeholders, providing a range of services that deliver value for money, focussing on first contact resolution; providing advice and processing requests around repairs; housing management (including income collection, arrears management, empty homes management and allocations); estate and tenancy management and providing effective landlord services.

While some attendance at our office in Cambridge is required, we have a flexible approach to home working.

The successful candidate will have a vocational qualification at level 3 in Customer Service, Housing or Business Administration, or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level.

Bringing with them experience of working to deadlines and planning and organising work effectively, including creating and maintaining accurate records, proactively managing feedback, identifying gaps in service delivery and providing administrative support.

Excellent communication and proactive listening skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with others demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude.
