We're seeking skilled Operatives who are hard working with strong communication skills and the ability to meet manufacturing deadlines within a team environment. Ideally, you will have worked in an FMCG/ Food Manufacturing environment previously with proven experience of working with machinery.

- Day Shift: 3 on 4 off 12 hour shifts (6am - 6pm)

We are based in Heckington (Sleaford) and Hull and we are part of the Zertus UK & Ireland Snacking & Chocolate Market Unit partnered with other food manufacturers across the country.
Responsibilities: - To assist in the safe, efficient and accurate running of the Roasting/ Frying Room.
- Adhere to process control checks.
- Complete various paperwork accurately and neatly.
- Report breakdowns, working with the Engineering team.
- Liaise with the quality teams and supervisors regarding any anomalies found whilst operating equipment.
- Ensure the safety, legality and GMP standards of the production facility.
- Food Safety Level 3
- Formal basic Mechanical appreciation
- Good oral and written communication skills are required and paperwork to be completed and signed off where necessary.
